• Wallet creation and management

• Yield-enabled balance functionality

• Virtual card issuance

• Policy-based spending controls

• Programmatic integrations (including MCP-based interactions)

Fundle does not provide traditional consumer banking services.

2. Eligibility

You must:

• Be at least 18 years old

• Have authority to act on behalf of your organization (if applicable)

• Use the services in compliance with applicable laws

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access at our discretion.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your access credentials

• Ensuring AI agents operate within defined policies

• Monitoring activity within your wallets and cards

You agree not to share unauthorized access to your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Fundle services for:

• Illegal activities

• Fraudulent transactions

• Circumventing financial regulations

• Attempting to bypass policy restrictions

• Interfering with system security

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

5. Financial Controls & Policies

Fundle enables you to define:

• Spending limits

• Merchant/category restrictions

• Time-based rules

• Approval thresholds

You are responsible for configuring policies appropriately.
Fundle provides infrastructure — you retain control and responsibility for how it is used.

6. Fees

Certain services may be subject to fees.
Any applicable fees will be disclosed prior to activation.

Fundle reserves the right to update pricing with notice.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, software, and materials provided by Fundle are the property of Fundle or its licensors.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform without written consent.

8. Service Availability

We aim to provide reliable infrastructure, but:

• Services may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted access

• Features may evolve over time

Fundle reserves the right to modify or discontinue services.

9. Limitation of Liability

Fundle is not liable for:

• Unauthorized use caused by user misconfiguration

• Actions taken by AI agents within user-defined policies

Use of the service is at your own risk.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Fundle harmless from claims arising out of:

• Your misuse of the services

• Violation of these Terms

• Actions performed by AI agents under your control

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if:

• You violate these Terms

• Required by law

• There is suspected abuse or fraud

You may stop using Fundle at any time.
